Niwa

Niwa means “garden” in Japanese. Created specifically for West Palm Beach, it pairs a Japanese kitchen with a tea garden at 523 Park Place, right beside Emelina.

It is the first collaboration between master sushi chef Masayuki Komatsu and chef Osmel González of Emelina. Seafood from Tokyo’s Toyosu Fish Market meets Latin‑inspired preparations — think mojo‑marinated wagyu, guarapo‑braised black cod and Florida blue crab hand rolls.

Outside, a tea garden curated by Miami tea specialist JoJo Tea.
