Emelina is a 16‑seat chef’s counter in West Palm Beach’s Flamingo Park, serving a single tasting menu. The dining room wraps around the open kitchen, so technique, timing and storytelling become part of the meal.

Rather than recreating Cuban cuisine as it exists today, Emelina asks what it might have become if shaped by freedom, global exchange and abundance — guided by Florida’s seasons, its coastline and the producers who supply the kitchen.
